On June 05, 2024, an assessment audit was conducted at the office of “Certifica” LLC, the representative and partner of QSCert Certification Body in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The audit was conducted by Roman Sluch, Auditor of QCSert Certification Body. The audit assessed the compliance of the organization and conduct of certification and surveillance audits by “Certifica” LLC with the requirements of international and domestic regulatory documents. As part of the audit, documents and records were reviewed, and the audit was observed on-site through a witness audit. The witness audit was conducted as part of the first surveillance audit at “Caspian Education Center” LLC, certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. No serious non-compliance was detected during the assessment audit, and a number of recommendations for improvement were given. Based on the overall audit results, the quality indicators of the services provided by “Certifica” LLC were evaluated with high scores.
