On June 6, 2024, the first surveillance audit of the management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 international Quality Management System standard was conducted at “Caspian Education Center” LLC.

Auditors from “Certifica” LLC and Auditor of the QCSert Certification Body Roman Sluch participated in the audit.

The audit was conducted at the head office of “Caspian Education Center” LLC (1 Uzbekistan St., Nizami District, Baku), which specializes in assessing the knowledge and skills of seafarers and issuing diplomas.

During the one-day audit, a group of auditors from “Certifica” LLC, the official representative of the QSCert International Certification Organization in Azerbaijan, studied and evaluated the relevance of the ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System at the enterprise, the relevant records and the implementation status of the work arising from the requirements of the standard.

During the audit conducted by the auditors of “Certifica” LLC, the official representative of the QSCert International Certification Organization in Azerbaijan, observations and assessments were made by an external auditor to assess the knowledge and skills of the auditors. Based on the results of the witness audit, the competence of the auditors of “Certifica” LLC was highly evaluated and “Certifica” LLC further strengthened its position by advancing in the overall rating table.
