On February 8, 2024, an international certificate presentation ceremony was held at Malham International Hospital.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Executive Director of Malham International Hospital, Sevda Alizadeh, informed about the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 10002:2018 Quality Management – Customer Satisfaction – Complaints Management standards established in the institution, and highly appreciated the work carried out. Later, the head of Certifica LLC, the official representative of the QSCert certification body in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Teymur Muradov informed the event participants about the work done on the certification of the Quality Management System at Malham International Hospital, including the progress and results of the first and second stage audits. International certificates were presented to Malham International Hospital at the end of the meeting with the participation of guests and doctors of Malham International Hospital.
